If we do not receive your photo and text by the next working day by 11:00 am, Your order will be cancelled.

We usually send a reminder if we do not receive your photo

DESCRIPTION PRODUCT

All our photos are made by experienced professionals and on high-quality materials.

All photos are printed with high quality photo inks and we use ultra gloss photo paper, which ensures long durability of the photo.

The dimensions fit perfectly into standard A4 frames (Note – the photo is sent without a frame)

This item is shipped in large envelope

via First class Royal Mail (1-2 working days)

RETURN POLICY

You can return any unopened and not used item within 30 days from the date you receive your order.

We will refund your payment once the item has been received at our warehouse.

Note: Personalised items are excluded from our return policy and are non refundable.

NO REFUND ON PERSONALISED ITEMS, UNLESS YOU RECEIVE THE DAMAGED ITEM
